- After finalizing payment, you are free to use the finalized piece as you wish. However, reselling the work is strictly prohibited. Character designs and adopts are permitted to be sold, but must be sold for equal or more to the buying price.
- If you do not provide a reference and are not ordering a reference sheet, your commission may run an extra charge related to design time.
- Payment occurs after the piece is fully finished. This payment is non-refundable and non-negotiable if the piece is fully delivered. Cancellations may be discussed on a case by case basis if the piece is not finished.
- I will send multiple process views as the commissioned piece is underway. This is generally more in the sketch process. If you request more process screenshots, I will happily deliver.
- I will not make major revisions after the flat colors are on the piece. Revisions after this point will run a charge.
- I will not make drastic changes to a commission after the sketch phase. (i.e character change, drastic pose changes, etc.) Minor changes are accepted.
- Since I am a full time college student, my commission process might be longer than most artists. Deadlines may be discussed on a case by case basis.
- Payment will always occur through PayPal or Venmo. Discussions can be made for other forms of purchase on a case-by-case basis. (Steam/PS/Nintendo gift cards)
- Please communicate with me if you want something changed or are not happy! I want to make sure everyone is happy with their piece.
- I reserve the right to decline any commission. The list of things I will not draw includes (but is not limited to): NSFW, Gore, Fetish Art, and art inciting hate.
- I often stream commission progress on my Twitch. If you would like your commission to not be streamed, you must notify me when commissioning me.
